This policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for Chance4Connect events and services.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event date will be refunded in full, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to a colleague.
If an event is postponed by Chance4Connect, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future event.
